Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Empowerment

Operational Excellence

- Partner closely with hospital administration and departmental leaders to ensure seamless coordination and timely service delivery.

- Develop and manage the department’s operating budget, monitoring expenditures and financial performance with precision.
- Analyze operational metrics, financial reports, and quality data to guide decisions that balance efficiency with high standards of care.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and accreditation requirements including OSHA, The Joint Commission, and internal compliance systems.
- Maintain quality control tools, documentation, and reporting structures that support evidence-based decision-making.
Quality, Communication & Collaboration
- Champion a service-oriented culture focused on patient satisfaction and exceptional environmental quality.
- Communicate clearly and consistently across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment with facility goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising both salaried and hourly team members.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software platforms.
- Willingness to relocate for future advancement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Six years of environmental services or housekeeping leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
- Demonstrated success in high-pressure settings with defined performance goals.
- Effective public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Experience with collaborative leadership, budget development, and operational planning.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, The Joint Commission, and similar regulatory standards.
